Probate Litigation and Estate Planning Attorney and Paralegal

Albuquerque probate/trust litigation and estate planning firm is growing and would love to hear from attorneys and paralegals who might be a good fit.

Our current caseload is weighted toward probate litigation, with estate planning also growing — room to shift focus over time depending on your strengths and interests.

What we offer: 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, and a generous CLE allowance for training. Bonuses and production-based compensation are available for those who want to earn more by producing more.

We also run a 9/80 schedule, giving team members every other Friday off, along with monthly community service and team-building events on the months with five Fridays.
